  Corey was very helpful with finding everything and setting up the phones. Very clear and direct and got the me the best deal for the holiday season. Not a bad experience at all, everyone was super friendly.

  Worst service ever at the Lenoir location. They do not provide you all the correct information and try you play you as an idiot and fool later on, they make their sales on misleading info and lies! Customer service is no good, always to busy to handle issue that they create! I have had to call and report the bad customer service by their employees at the Lenoir location. AT&T service with the cell and Home TV/internet I am pleased with. They need more highly trained employees in customer service, You never tell a customer you do not have time to help with an issue that you created for them. If you want honestly and be valued as a customer I would not recommend the Lenoir location. Our problem did get solved with the main supervisor with At&T couldn't ask for better customer when you call the 1-800 number. Not the first complaints to them about the Lenoir location!

  My experiences with the Lenoir location are always great! They are super nice and always very helpful! They’ve always took the time to help me figure out any problem that I’ve ever had and I have never left this store unsatisfied or displeased. My last experience just a few days ago was with Kurt and Corey and they were both very respectful and helpful! I recommend them to everyone!
