  Have been with A-1 Pest Control since we purchased our house in Boone in 2010. They are always flexible with scheduling and have responded promptly to any issues we have had. We have the same technician (Steven) each time, so we know who to look for and have developed a wonderful working relationship with him. He is knowledgeable, courteous, and professional.

  After the first visit, the bugs were almost gone. In a few weeks we began to see more. I called and they came back very quickly. We immediately began to see fewer bugs and within a few days, the only ones we saw were dead! Everyone is polite and helpful. And they came quickly. They answered my initial questions and assured me that my father did not have to leave the house. It was a very good experience. I hope we never see the little creatures again. But if we do, I will call A-1 immediately.

  The guy they sent out was a really nice guy, very prompt and was here EXACTLY at the time I scheduled. The customer service part of getting service was also great. The lady was really sweet and helpful.
